SPONSORSHIPS SOUGHT FOR MUSIC FESTIVAL & PARK

We expect to have 2,000-2,500 people in attendance over the course of the day. Our promotional partners are the Nogales International, Border Eco magazine, the Nogales Rotary and Lions clubs, the Nogales/Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce, Young Audiences, the Buffalo Soldiers, the Black Chamber of Commerce of Southern Arizona and Imfoculta, a government cultural organization in Sonora.

The Board of Directors of the Santa Cruz Advocates for the Arts has received two grants from the Arizona Commission on the Arts: $2,000 for the festival and $8,000 grant to promote tourism to the Mingus Memorial Park. But, an additional $15,000 is needed to pay for the festival and build the memorial park. We are seeking sponsorships at levels from $500 to $5,000+.

Banners: Sponsor shall provide banners for stage and beer garden. Beer garden banners should be no more than 3-feet tall. Festival banners will be displayed at the bank plaza and visitor's center.

Logos: Logos will be sized on the banners, print ads and posters according to sponsorship level. Sponsor to provide high-resolution, color, jpg file.

Print Ads: Full-page and half-page ads will appear in Border Eco and Nogales International
